KRISTAN Atkins SANA
Kristan Sana brings over 15 years of experience in high-end residential interior design to every project she undertakes. Before founding Kristan Sana Interiors in 2022, she worked alongside highly regarded design studios in Laguna Beach, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, gaining deep experience in luxury homes, renovations, and custom new builds.
Kristan received her formal design training through both the Interior Designers Institute and the UCLA Extension Interior Design Program, following her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is now based in Marin County, California, where she lives with her family.
Kristan is known for creating bespoke, timeless interiors that balance refined aesthetics with thoughtful functionality. She partners closely with her clients to design homes that feel elevated yet effortless — spaces that support the realities of daily life while maintaining a sense of calm, cohesion, and beauty. As a mother of two young children and a dog owner, Kristan brings a nuanced understanding of how homes must perform for modern families, without sacrificing sophistication or quality.
